can happen if the owner of jmxremote.password is not the same as the current user (e.g. ownership is set to a group of users, like“Administrators”):
To check this, right click on the file, select“Properties”, switch to the“Security”tab, click on“Advanced”, switch to the tab“Owner”, select your username from the list and click on“Apply”.
说的简单点就是把属主改为当前用户。并且去除其他人的访问权限
注意 选项 包括可从该对象的父项继承的权限 (I) 去掉
